COLLAB CLASSES

All of our classes are steeped in spiritual teachings for the modern yogi.

VINYASA.

Our Vinyasa classes are uplifting practices that unite breath with movement.

More than just movement each class opens with a short Dharma talk that imparts ancient Yogic philosophy, in a simple yet inspiring way. Followed by an intelligently sequenced flowing Vinyasa practice that takes you on a journey through your body to a particular posture. Expanding what you believe yourself to be capable of, and supporting you no matter where you’re at in your journey.

The soundtrack, quotes, and highly bespoke instruction from our Teachers makes the whole class feel like you’ve been on a fking incredible journey, all overlooking the ocean.

Yin

Yin yoga is grounding meditative practice, using a series of long-held, passive floor poses to open up the connective tissues within your body.

It offers a deeeeeep stretch and release across you’re whole body.

It’s the perfect practice for all levels, especially those seeking deep relaxation & an even deeper stretch.

Rest

A gentle practice that will leave you feeling soft, floaty, and like you’ve just had a nap on a cloud!

You’ll snuggle up in postures like Savasana, surrounded by a heap of blankets, pillows and bolsters to ensure that every single part of your body and being feels held, and deeply relaxed.

Perfect for those recovering from injury, beginners to yoga or for those wanting a much slower, more gentle practice to restore body/mind and spirit.

FLOW & YIN

This practice brings together flowing movement via the vinyasa style of practice, creating heat and openness through the body.

Before dropping down into the Yin practice where you’ll experience longer floor based poses. Using props to support your body and allow you to work into your fascia.

This class is a favourite amongst all yogis who love these two opposing yet complimentary styles.

All levels are welcome.

breathwork.

Our Breathwork style is SOMA, a rhythmical style of breathing that includes retaining the breath, music, and visualisation. Classes will open by setting intentions, before laying down and being led through the breathwork for 20 minutes, and experiencing a rest / meditation afterwords.

Our Breathwork is not suitable for the following people:

Cardiovascular Issues: Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or recent cardiovascular events (e.g., heart attacks, strokes) should avoid breathwork unless cleared by a healthcare provider.
