A Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey with Neil & Harry.
Join Neil and Harry for an immersive evening of Soma Breathwork, restorative sound, and self-remembrance.
Neil will open the journey with a powerful story of how he used Soma Breathwork to overcome full body paralysis, and bring himself back to full elite health, before guiding you through a Soma Breathwork practice.
Using visualisation, rhythmical breathing + breath retention you’ll access states of clarity, aliveness and deep emotional releases, tapping into your bodies innate intelligence.
From there, Yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and DJ, Harry will guide you through a curated sound healing experience, using Himalayan bowls, elemental instruments, and intentional frequencies designed to bring your body into deep rest and resonance.
Integrating the Breathwork and allowing the body to remember its innate ability to heal, grow, and expand.
Together, this journey is an invitation to remember:
