We all know the feeling, there's something we really want to do but self doubt creeps in, procrastination takes hold, and we shrink back. Telling ourselves we're not capable, or worthy, feeling fking terrible that yet again we've not followed a dream.

We see you babe, and we want you to know you are not alone.

In Yogic philosophy, these blocks are called the Antarayas: the nine obstacles of the mind, body, and energy that keep us from living our best lives.

They show up as the likes of doubt, distraction, fear of failure, and the sneaky inner stories that convince us to hold back, wait, or play small.

The good news? they are not something to be afraid of, they are signs we are being brave and following a liberated path. (phew)

In this workshop, Helen Wilkes will take you on a deep yet accessible journey into how Yoga helps us move through these obstacles, not just on the mat, but in every part of our lives.

You’ll explore what the Yoga Sutras says about the Antarayas ( the obstacles) connect with your subtle energetic body, and learn practical ways to shift your energy so you can move forward and actually do more of the damn thing.

What we’ll cover:

  • The Antarayas - what they are, how to spot them, and how to dissolve their grip.

  • Tools to shift out of doubt, stuckness, and holding back—so you can do the thing

This is part rich conversation, part guided practice, part aha! moments that'll change how you see yourself + your capability to live your best life.

You’ll walk away realising the parts of yourself you've wronged or felt ashamed about, are actually just a part of being human, and exactly how to work with them.
