SOUNDS OF SAVASANA

Join us on Sunday evening, July 18th from 7–8:30pm for Sounds of Savasana, a deeply immersive sound journey guided by Yoga Teacher, sound facilitator, DJ, and ceremonialist, Harry French.

Snuggle up in a dreamy Savasana rest posture, and be serenaded by a symphony of sound.

With instruments collected from around the world, and training in the Himalayan mountains, Harry weaves sound, stillness, and sensory exploration into an experience designed to guide you into the delta brainwave state.

You'll be guided through an opening meditation, before settling into Savasana for the remainder journey. Held by the energy of the space, and the resonance of sound.

Simply arrive wearing comfy clothes and prepare to be taken on a journey into sacred sonic sounds.
