Before I step back from teaching for a while, I’m hosting a special one-off 2-hour experience just for you (and me!) next Sunday night. We’ll flow through a soothing Vinyasa, dive into a long, delicious Dharma talk, and surrender into a Savasana drenched in song.

This is an invitation to notice the magic already in your life, to feel it fully in your body, and to celebrate how far your own work has brought you. The studio will glow with a lush mandala, candles, and so many hugs.
