Winter Yin Masterclass with Emma Whelan
Winter holds the greatest 'yin' energy of all the seasons, with its cooler weather and longer nights it's the perfect time to draw inwards, slow down and replenish your stores.
Like many of us you might wrestle with the energy of winter, feeling sluggish and heavy in the body, and meeting the likes of guilt and resistance to the mere idea of slowing down.
This afternoon yin experience is an invitation, a permission slip, for you to lean in and learn to skilfully work with the rhythm of winter. An opportunity to explore the value of doing less, of stillness, of quiet contemplation, whilst feeling supported, held and nurtured.
You will be guided through a nourishing practice focussed on balancing the energy of the Kidneys, renewing and restoring your energy and wellbeing.
Deeply supportive hands-on assists will be offered throughout the practice to enhance your connection to your physical body.
