6 week beginners course
The Collaboratives 6 week beginners course isn't like any old intro to Yoga, no this rich, diverse (and awesome) offering invites you to a six week yogic experience.
Including 6 weekly beginners classes, a further 3 week unlimited studio pass and an environment friendly enough you'll feel confident enough to ask all the questions - this is a beginners course with a difference.
Breaking down all the yoga poses.
Using an interactive workshop format we strip back all the basic poses to deepen your understanding. We also do a weekly PLAY asana (pose) where we breakdown a more 'advanced' peak pose so that you can learn the hacks, grow your confidence and most importantly - have a fun!
Empower you with modifications, props and confidence.
Not knowing how to adapt a poses according to your own body can be distressing in the middle of a regular class, that's why we teach you all the 'how to's' when it comes to modifying/ using props and confidently practicing with all your own body quirks, injuries and unique structure.
3 whole extra weeks of unlimited yoga!
We know that transitioning from beginners classes to regular classes can scary at first, 'what if i don't know what to do!'. That's why from week 4 of your course you can take your new found skills and explore the collabs full timetable. Still in the comfort of your course, with your beginners squad beside you, you'll further grow your practice.
