6 week beginners course
Our beginners course is like a delicious yogic buffet. Introducing you to our favourite ways of practicing this life enhancing, epic AF, ancient art form.
Perfect for anyone looking to learn more about the dynamic physically challenging part of the practice; alignment, breath with movement and building strength (Vinyasa)
Whilst still wanting to explore the slower more meditative practices, and get a long deep stretch (yin)
and not to forget all of us (both hands rise) who want to learn the magical art of chilling TF out. We call this deep rest (restorative) aka you're new favourite thing.
This 6 week course will give you a rich insight into all of the ways you can practice, rather then just one. Equipping you with tools and techniques to venture confidently into open classes, grow your yogic practice, aswell as practising at home or maybe at the park during lunchtime ( love a park stretch)
You don't need any experience, previous knowledge of anything yogic and you definitely don't need to be flexible (thank god)
Come as you are, and let us take you on yogic journey in the friendliest, safest studio in the hood (who love a mid class lol)
