4 Week Meditation Course

Uh - huh, we know all these feels friends! which is why we have asked seasoned meditator & teacher Susie Hemstead to join us and BUST those myths.
During this 4 week course, you'll join Susie and other newbie meditators (who likely feel exactly the same as you). In a safe, supportive and judgement free space to learn what meditation is really all about.
Spoiler alert: it's not as weird and scary as you think!
You'll explore a variety of meditation techniques, finding the best fit for you, that can be practised anywhere in the world (yes even in the office toilet).
Meditation will cultivate a newer and even more incredible version of you.
A version that is able to find:

Right in the midst of lifes curveballs and challenges.
Worried about being able to sit down for an extended amount of time? we got your back (literally) we will have a number of chairs and a stack of props to support! Simply let us know upon booking if you need support.
Week 1 - The basics of meditation and mindfulness
Week 2 - Loving Kindness Meditation & Candle Meditation
Week 3 - Deep Breathing - to move towards quiet states of consciousness
Week 4 - Yoga Nidra, moving to the hypnogogic state - the place between wakefulness and sleeping
When: Friday nights 6.45pm - 7.45pm
Starts March 20th - April 17th
